About Us
Homey Hearth Bakery is owned by Clarence and Barbara Yoder and was started in 1990 when their family moved to Harrison. We started with $800.00 & the help of friends as a means to supplement our income. Homey Hearth had its beginning on hwy 43 west at the edge of town. Through the expert home baking skills of Barbara, this soon became the major source of income. In 1992 we moved to our second location with a larger building & in 1993 we moved to our present location at 905 N. Main St. We shared a building with a welding supply store & when they moved we rented the whole building & expanded our dining room to accomodate 40-50 people.

Presently we are remodeling an additional 1200 Sq feet, which will give us a new kitchen area & allow
us to add seating for another 40 people. This will also give us a room for meetings, etc. We thank the Lord for the way he has guided us through the years. Our goal is to provide the best in bakery products in a relaxed, Christian atmosphere for our customers.
